    • Partner with account management and client service teams throughout the renewal cycle, including pre-renewal planning, RFPs, open enrollment strategy, and post-renewal analysis.
    • Establish the scope, strategy, priorities, and timelines for client engagements.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and vendor partners.

    • Oversee new client onboarding and collaborate with internal teams to establish implementation plans, responsibilities, and timelines.
    • Ensure client service teams are aligned around client expectations, deliverables, and strategic objectives.
    • Maintain accountability for the revenue and profitability of assigned accounts and projects.
    • Monitor client initiatives for scope, timing, budget, and overall satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities to introduce additional solutions and services that support evolving client needs.
    • Stay current on carrier offerings, market developments, industry trends, and emerging benefit strategies.
    • Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements affecting employer-sponsored health and welfare plans, including HIPAA, ERISA, Section 125, PPACA, and applicable state requirements.
    • Ensure accurate and current client information is maintained within the CRM.
    • Collaborate across business areas to uncover opportunities that strengthen client relationships and support retention.
