Job Description
An Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Attorney advises companies on the legal aspects of employee benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, stock options, and executive compensation packages, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations while designing and implementing strategies that align with the company's goals and financial considerations.
Compensation: $200k+ (based on experience, location, expertise)
Requirements: 3-6 years of experience

Qualifications
Responsibilities: * Advise on ERISA, fiduciary duties, and IRC (409A, 280G). * Draft/review executive compensation agreements. * Conduct due diligence for M&A transactions. * Perform legal research and analysis. * Use legal research databases and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications: * 3-6 years of experience in employee benefits/executive compensation law. * Expertise in ERISA and IRC. * M&A due diligence experience. * Strong communication skills. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficient with legal databases and Microsoft Office. * Ability to manage priorities and work in a team.
