    Responsibilities

    Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefit accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

    Guide clients through benefit plan options, enrollment processes, and policy renewals.

    Respond promptly and effectively to client inquiries regarding benefits, claims, and policy details.

    Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure seamless service delivery.

    Maintain accurate and organized client records in the CRM system.

    Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and service offerings.

    Stay current with industry trends and legislative changes affecting employee benefits.


    Requirements

    Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related field within the insurance or benefits industry.

    Strong understanding of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance).

    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

    Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

    A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
