Position Purpose
The Employee Benefits Account Manager is primarily responsible for fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for escalated service issues, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will also collaborate closely with various internal teams and insurance carriers to effectively meet client needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Requirements
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
