We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our growing team. This role serves as the primary contact for employee benefits clients, managing renewals, carrier relationships, and day-to-day service needs while delivering exceptional client support. Responsibilities:- Manage a book of employee benefits accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for client service and support.
- Coordinate renewals, carrier negotiations, and benefit plan changes.
- Assist with open enrollment, employee communications, and claims resolution.
- Partner with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure excellent service.
- Maintain compliance with applicable employee benefits regulations.
Qualifications:- Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred.
- 4+ years of employee benefits account management experience.
- Knowledge of group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Experience with agency management and benefits administration systems is a plus.
