We are seeking an EMM Administrator to manage and operate an enterprise mobility management platform based on Samsung Knox Manage for a large enterprise client. The role owns day-to-day platform administration, device policy and application lifecycle management, and pre-production validation of new devices and OS releases, while serving as the Tier 2 point of escalation for mobile device issues. The ideal candidate combines hands-on Android Enterprise expertise with strong operational discipline and clear communication with both technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities * Administer the Knox Manage platform, including directory (user/group) synchronization, admin RBAC, license utilization, and service integrations (Managed Google Play, certificates). * Configure and maintain device policies, profiles, and compliance rules (password, encryption, restrictions, Wi-Fi/VPN/Email); monitor and remediate non-compliant devices. |
