Our Emerging Talent team plays a pivotal role in shaping, attracting, developing and delivering these programs globally ensuring we continue to perform and transform.
The Global Emerging Talent Program Lead is responsible for the design of our Graduate, Apprenticeship, and Emerging Talent program. You'll be partnering with Business and Talent leaders to ensure fit for purpose programs focusing on all aspects of the talent life cycle including program design, consistency of experience (candidate and business) improvements, efficiencies, and benchmarking.
This role reports into the Global Emerging Talent Program Manager and is part of our Global Emerging Talent team, People Services.
