About the Role
As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you’ll be the welcoming face and calming voice for pet owners during some of their most stressful moments. You’ll help keep things running smoothly at the front desk while supporting our doctors, technicians, and—most importantly—our patients and their families.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Communication & Support
- Greet clients with warmth, kindness, and professionalism—both in person and on the phone
- Answer phones and help triage emergency calls and walk-in cases
- Share important information with the medical team quickly and clearly
- Explain hospital policies, procedures, and financial options in a supportive way
- Enter client and patient information accurately into medical records
- Process invoices and payments with attention to detail
- Offer reassurance and compassion during emotional and high-stress situations
Team Support
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep the hospital running smoothly
- Communicate clearly and collaborate as part of a tight-knit team
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby
- Support hospital safety, infection control, and emergency protocols
What We’re Looking For
- Previous veterinary, medical, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Calm, friendly, and confident demeanor in fast-paced or emotional situations
- A genuine love for animals and the people who love them
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hour Required-Please only apply if you can commit to these hours:
Applicants NEED TO BE AVAILABLE ALL THESE HOURS
- Sunday to Friday from 12midnight to 8am
- Saturday and Sundays ALL Day/Night/OVER-Night Availability
- Holidays
- Shifts will Vary- You will not be required to work all these hours just have the full availability.
