Route 66 Vet was created to provide a different experience for clients and employees alike. We aim to give back to our community by providing people with a caring compassionate atmosphere to bring their pets in a time of need. Our practice is expanding as the city of Albuquerque has embraced our hospital and has chosen it as the place for veterinary emergencies. We are expanding our talented team so we can care for our patients and clients while upholding our high customer service and exceptional medical standards.

The Route 66 Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Center is in the trendy Nob Hill neighborhood close to both the University of New Mexico and Sandia National Laboratory. Albuquerque is a growing city that has an abundance of sunshine. Nestled at the base of the Rocky Mountains we enjoy all 4 seasons with none of the sticky triple digit heated summer days. Enjoy the many cultural festivals, such as International Ballon Fiesta, Zozobra, Indian and Spanish Market and fiestas.
