Required Skills:
- Proven clinical proficiency in emergency care, including triage, stroke, and STEMI identification and management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Effective leadership and supervisory capabilities
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to support Med/Surg units as needed in a house supervisor role
- Ability to handle a wide variety of patient needs across age groups
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in hospital administration or case management
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within an emergency department
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, or related healthcare field
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in emergency or acute care settings
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital environment
Other Requirements:
- Valid licensure and certification in relevant clinical practice (e.g., RN, EMT-P)
- Ability to work night shifts, including rotating weekends
- Willingness to support departmental needs across multiple units when necessary
- Travel or relocation expenses may be reimbursed where applicable
