Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends
Compensation: $47.84 - $71.78/hour, based on experience
Relocation: Considered case-by-case
Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for a high-volume, high-acuity Level I Trauma Emergency Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ED operations, patient care, staffing, and department performance.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
- Manage department budgets, productivity, resources, and staffing needs.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and hospital standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing teams, and other departments.
- Promote patient safety, quality outcomes, and a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Current Missouri RN license or active Compact RN license.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- 2+ years of recent acute-care Emergency Department management experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS required upon hire.
- PALS or ENPC required upon hire.
- TNCC or ATCN required within one year of hire.
- Strong ED leadership, staff management, and operational experience.
