What You'll Do- Provide high-quality nursing care to ER/MedSurg patients in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor patient vitals and condition, and report changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (Thrive TruBridge)
- Assist in emergency interventions and stabilize patient conditions
- Educate patients and families regarding health status and care plans
What You Need- Valid RN license in Texas or compact state
- Minimum of 2 years of ER or MedSurg experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift, flexible in scrub colors
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
