What Youll Do:- Provide direct patient care in a hospital setting, primarily Med Surg and ER
- Monitor and assess patients, managing an average of 5 patients per shift
- Administer treatments and interventions per hospital protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively
- Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and safety standards
What You Need:Required:- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in Med Surg or Emergency Room
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:- Experience with Med Surg and ER patient populations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
This assignment is at a leading hospital facility in Okeene, Oklahoma. The RN will work primarily in Med Surg and Emergency Room units, providing vital care on a 7p to 7a schedule with every other weekend off. The hospital offers a supportive environment with a room available for the nurse at no additional cost. The goal is to deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency and medical-surgical care during this time-limited contract.
