From emergency mitigation and insurance claim guidance to complete property restoration, our team helps people rebuild after some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Our Emergency Response Coordinators are often the first person a property owner meets after a disaster. You won't just be selling restoration services - you will be providing direction, assurance, and a clear path forward when people need it most.

What You'll Do
  • Set your own schedule and daily route -- Prospect actively, respond to active losses, and build referral networks — no one sets appointments for you.
  • Be first on scene -- Respond fast to emergency losses and become the trusted first resource for property owners.
  • Build trust fast with compassion -- Connect with owners in crisis, assess damage, and close with confidence and empathy.
  • Secure signed service agreements -- Get it done so our team can mobilize and start helping immediately.
  • Guide clients through the on-boarding process -- Help property owners understand restoration & claims from day one.
  • Help customers understand the restoration and insurance claims process. 
  • Build long-term referral relationships -- Connect with first responders, adjusters, property managers, and realtors.
  • Stay organized and accountable -- Log visits, manage follow-ups, and track leads — inside sales supports you with property data.
  • Hand off seamlessly to operations -- Coordinate with the team from signed agreement to emergency response services and property restoration.

Preferred Background
  • Outside B2C sales, Territory sales
  • Familiarity with property insurance claims
  • Basic understanding of water, fire, or mold remediation
  • Construction, Restoration knowledge
  • First Responder
 
Schedule
  • Full-time expected 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 
  • May require nights & weekends
  • Able to work beyond a 40-hour work week as needed to complete goals & responsibilities
  • Attend weekly morning team meeting at our office headquarters in Succasunna, NJ.
 
Compensation  
Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities
Base salary + commission available
Commission-only option for those who want to maximize earnings


  • $800 - $1,500 per week during the initial 90-day training and evaluation period. 
    • Performance reviews occur on a regular basis with opportunity for pay adjustments.
  • 4% - 8% commission on mitigation sales.
    • Full commission is earned on every sale closed during the 90-day probationary time.
    • Uncapped earning potential.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to travel throughout New Jersey and surrounding territories.
  • Willingness to respond to emergency losses, including occasional evenings, nights, and weekends.
 
Veterans, active and retired firefighters, EMTs, retired law enforcement officers (RPO) and other first responders are strongly encouraged to apply. The discipline, leadership, and community trust you've built are exactly what this role demands.
