This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field meeting with homeowners, business owners, and property managers after fire, water, and storm damage, helping them understand the restoration process and confidently move forward with Paul Davis.

What You'll Do

As an Emergency Response Specialist, you'll be one of the first Paul Davis team members customers meet after a property loss.

Your responsibilities include:

• Respond to fire, water, and storm damage losses
• Meet with homeowners, business owners, tenants, and property managers on-site
• Assess customer needs and explain Paul Davis restoration services
• Guide customers through the next steps following a property loss
• Build trust and provide an exceptional customer experience during stressful situations
• Identify restoration opportunities and help customers confidently choose Paul Davis
• Support Emergency Response Coordinators on larger losses
• Independently respond to smaller losses from initial contact through project handoff
• Represent Paul Davis professionally within the community
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency response
