Position: Emergency Medicine Physician (MD)
Type:Contract
Compensation:$150–$170/hour
Location:Remote
Commitment:Part-time
Role Responsibilities
- Review ED clinical documentation and patient charts for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness.
- Evaluate AI-generated ED summaries against expectations of a practicing emergency physician.
- Annotate clinical encounter data following detailed guidelines.
- Flag omissions, hallucinations, clinical inaccuracies, and documentation gaps in AI-generated output.
- Provide structured, written feedback for engineering and product teams to act on.
- Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- MD with a completed Emergency Medicine residency
- Board-certified in Emergency Medicine, with 2–3+ years of practice as a board-certified ED physician
- US-based
Preferred
- Prior AI/ML annotation or model evaluation experience
- Experience synthesizing patient charts into ED arrival summaries
