The Opportunity
Practice emergency medicine in a 10-bed facility where you'll actually know your team and your patients. This isn't a high-volume mega-ED where you're one of a rotating cast of dozens of providers. You'll work alongside APPs covering 11a-8p shifts, built specifically for seamless patient handoffs rather than the chaotic transitions that wear physicians down elsewhere.
And when your shift ends, southern Florida is waiting: outdoor recreation, a close-knit community, and Florida's biggest cities still a reasonable drive away.

Your Day-to-Day
- Deliver patient-centered emergency care in a 10-bed facility
- Perform emergency procedures and manage a diverse range of patient cases
- Collaborate directly with APPs to ensure continuity of care across shifts
- Work within a supportive team environment built around quality over volume
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of recent Emergency Medicine experience
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ED experience
- Florida Medical License or eligibility
- Required certifications: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Familiarity with Epower Doc EMR is a plus
- Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to care
