    • Board: Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or board certified in another ABMS specialty with 5+ years high-volume ED experience
    • Licenses: Active Indiana medical license, IN Controlled Substance license, DEA with IN address and schedules II-IV
    • DEA / CDS: Active DEA with Indiana address and schedules II-IV; IN Controlled Substance license required
    • Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • Experience: EM residency graduates within 12 months acceptable; otherwise 5+ years continuous full-time experience in high-volume ED (>30,000 visits/year)
    • Other Qualifications: Case logs for past 2 years; CME attestation required
    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED
    • Perform moderate sedation and other emergency procedures as required
    • Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA providers
    • Coordinate with specialty consultants for ENT, orthopedics, GYN, etc.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies
