    JOB REUIREMENTS
    • Board: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM, ABIM, ABFM or equivalent)
    • Licenses: Active TN Medical license, DEA with TN address (Schedules II-V)
    • DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CDS required (Schedules II-V)
    • Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, PALS; NRP for non-ABEM providers
    • Experience: Residency trained in specialty required
    • Other Qualifications: Case logs past 2 years, Preeclampsia-Eclampsia CME, ECFMG for foreign graduates
    DUTIES & RESONSIBILITIES
    • Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients
    • Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
    • Maintain 24-hour physician coverage as per model
    • Perform procedures consistent with emergency medicine privileges
    • Maintain board certification, licenses, and required continuing education
