• Specialty Backup: Access to on -call specialists, imaging, diagnostics, and transfer support<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>

• Provide full -spectrum Emergency Medicine care in a high -acuity Critical Access Hospital setting<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Evaluate and manage a wide range of emergency presentations with support from nursing, EMS, and specialty teams<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Utilize well -equipped ER resources including diagnostics, imaging, and rapid transfer protocols<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Participate in collaborative care with hospitalists, EMS, and ancillary departments<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with hospital standards<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and departmental workflow optimization<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/div>
