Join a premier Level II Trauma Center in Bismarck, ND, as an Emergency Medicine Physician. This role is exclusive to ABEM-certified physicians. Choose between W2 and 1099 options, with earnings up to the mid $500KS annually. Compensation Highlights:

• W2: $250/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (annualized earnings of $540K+) with comprehensive benefits and a $100K sign-on bonus.
• 1099: $275/hr–$285/hr with paid professional liability insurance and travel options.

Duties and Requirements:

• Deliver emergency care in a Level II Trauma Center.
• Perform procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, central lines, and critical care.
• Manage diverse patient populations, including pediatric and adult trauma cases.
• ABEM certification is required.
• ACLS, PALS, ATLS certifications required.
