    Job Summary:

    HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is seeking an full-time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Pasadena, TX.
     
    Qualified Candidates:
    • Nurse Practitioner or Physician assistant
    • Emergency Medicine experience is preferred
    • Texas license, DEA, ACLS, BLS and PALS are required
    • New graduates are welcome to apply
    • EMAPP training program for the first 6 months

    Facility Information: 
    • 40,000 annual volume
    • Level III Trauma center
    • High acuity and full service support
    • Four physician shifts - 9-10 hour shifts
    • 10 and 12 hour APP shifts daily
    • EMR- Meditech 
    • Supportive and collegial hospital administration 
    • Combination of physicians who have been working for 10+ years at the same site as well as new physicians practicing <3 years.

The 333-bed hospital offers a full spectrum of services, including a Level III Trauma Center, an accredited Chest Pain Center, a Primary Stroke Center, and a MBSAQIP accredited surgical weight loss program. The hospital has several specialty services including the Center for Neurosciences and Orthopedics, the Center for Cardiovascular Services, two free-standing emergency departments and HCA Houston Rehabilitation Hospital Southeast.
