We are seeking a full-time emergency medicine physician assistant leader to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts. Candidates must have ED experience to apply. New graduate candidates will not be considered. Join a team of physicians and physician assistants working side-by-side in a supportive work environment!

- 33 treatment rooms
- 8 and 10-hour shifts
About the Role
- Work closely with facility medical director
- Interview new candidates
- Create orientation plan for new hires
- Create APC schedule
- Participate in leadership meetings
- Perform annual evaluations with facility medical director
- Assist with recruitment and retention of facility APCs
- Promotes company's mission and values
Competitive Compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $70.25 to $90.00 hourly with the opportunity to earn incentives.
