What You’ll Do
- Provide emergency care to a diverse patient population in a hospital setting
- Manage an average of 110 patients in a 24-hour period
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient treatment and care
- Participate in scheduled shifts, including nights and days, as assigned
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain compliance with facility standards
- Adhere to hospital protocols and ensure patient safety and quality care standards
- Support on-call duties as required, with no on-call shifts specified
What You Need
Required:- Active California medical license
- DEA certification
- Board certification or board eligibility (within 3-5 years of residency)
- ABEM or ABEOM certification (no ABIM/ABFM)
Preferred:- Previous emergency medicine experience in hospital settings
