• Licenses/Certs: NC Medical License, DEA, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PECOS enrollment (must be Medicaid credentialed)
• Experience: Prior ER/ED experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Manage open ICU and ED cases with a standard solo ER coverage model
• Provide acute care to approximately 90-100 patients daily (18-20 patients per shift)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a hospital environment
• Document patient encounters using Meditech 6.1 EMR system
• Ensure quality patient care for complex cases, including trauma and critical emergencies
• Adhere to hospital and departmental protocols, maintaining high standards of safety and care

What You Need

• Valid North Carolina Medical License
• Active DEA registration
• ACLS, ATLS, BLS certifications
• 2+ years of ER or emergency medicine experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
