Position Highlights
Join a collegial, stable team of 3 experienced Emergency General Surgeons
Dedicated OR time for urgent/emergency cases
Surgically fulfilling, high-acuity case mix including appendicitis, bowel obstruction, soft tissue infections, ischemic bowel, and more
Strong Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support and efficient clinical workflows
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across specialties
Practice in a physician-led system with a clear commitment to professional growth and well-being
What You Bring
Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Surgery
Fellowship training ideal, not required (Surgical Critical Care, Acute Care Surgery, or Trauma)
Minimum 3 years of independent Emergency General Surgery experience required
NYS Medical License or eligibility
Commitment to patient-centered care, collaboration, and continuous learning
Passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of surgeons
