Emergency Caseworker

This position acts as a liaison among inpatient, outpatient, and emergency departments to provide case management services to patients with serious mental health illnesses. Linking to community services and promoting wellness and stability will be the primary outcome for patients interacting with the emergency caseworker. Bachelors degree in psychology, social work, or other related field weekends and holidays may be required
