Join Oracle's Customer Success Services (CSS) team. Working with the Global Field GTM & Enablement Lead, this role provides practical coordination and delivery support across several areas, including communications, customer success stories, events, data and reporting, special programs, and day-to-day team support. Working from agreed priorities and direction, the role helps organize activities, prepare materials, maintain accurate trackers and repositories, coordinate inputs and follow-up actions, and use approved AI and automation tools to improve consistency and efficiency.
