Embroidery Operators

Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up and run multi-head computerized embroidery equipment.
• File & Art Management: Retrieve artwork, upload digitized design files, and verify proper logo orientation.
• Thread & Color Setup: Configure thread color sequences and monitor color changes during production runs.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products throughout the run to ensure stitch and logo accuracy, checking against standard specs such as standard stitch counts and color limits.
• Maintenance & Safety: Perform basic machine adjustments, troubleshoot operational snags, adhere to safety guidelines, and keep the work area clean.
