    Job Description
    We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Developer to design, develop, test, and support real-time embedded software for aerospace and avionics systems. Key Responsibilities

    • Design, code, test, and support embedded systems software based on technical and customer requirements.
    • Develop software based on low-level software requirements.
    • Build, test, and deliver real-time embedded software to target environments.
    • Support system-level testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective solutions.
    • Document problem reports and participate in resolution activities.
    • Participate in software design and code reviews to identify and resolve issues early in the development lifecycle.
    • Provide technical leadership while working with internal teams and external customers.
    Required Qualifications
    • 10+ years of Embedded Software Development experience.
    • Strong understanding of DO-178B / DO-178C standards.
    • Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python.
    • Experience with object-oriented design principles and development of new software systems.
    • Knowledge of aerospace/avionics communication and data-link protocols, including:
      • ARINC 429
      • ARINC 618
      • VDL Mode 2
      • TCP/IP
      • ATN OSI
    • Knowledge of air/ground messaging systems and aircrew human-machine interface (HMI) design.
    • Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to work with internal organizations and external customers.
    • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future company immigration sponsorship.
    • The company will not seek export authorization for this role.
    Education
    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field.
