Embedded Linux Software Engineer
Location: Onsite. Andover, MA
Job description:
*Years of Experience requested is 2–3 years *
Job description:
• At least 2-3 years of professional software development experience, with strong emphasis on C/C++ and Linux; experience in embedded systems, ideally within medical devices.
• Proven experience developing and debugging multi threaded applications on Linux.
• Experience working with and troubleshooting multiple hardware interfaces, such as PCIe, CAN, I2C, I2S, UART, SPI, USB etc. in Linux environment.
• Strong understanding of Linux internals, including device drivers, bootloader, kernel, and root file system.
• Hands-on Experience developing and debugging UI using QT framework on Linux.
• Experience with hands-on development of TCP/IP and Restful APIs based applications desired.
• Experience working from Linux command line and code editors like like vim.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
