Embedded Firmware Engineer

Pay Rate: $57 per hour - $62 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement firmware for power electronics and battery management system products.
• Perform testing and debugging of firmware, utilizing various debugging tools, simulators, and hardware-in-the-loop setups.
• Utilize and adopt model-based design methodologies, including simulation, modeling, and automatic code generation to enhance the NPI process.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, system engineers, and other cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated solutions for power electronics and company applications.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, design documents, test plans, and DVT reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the development of embedded firmware for embedded systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in DPS or microcontrollers programming.
• Experience with C or C coding for DPS or microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of real-time operating systems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
