Our client, a dynamic organization in the clean energy space, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Marketing Assistant Project Manager to join their team. As a vital member of the Marketing department, supporting cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns.
Job Title: Marketing Assistant Project Manager
Location: 100% Remote | Should be able to work EST Hours
Pay Range: $35-$42/HR
What's the Job?
- Manage the end-to-end execution and optimization of organic email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build, deploy, and report on stakeholder emails, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing, troubleshoot deployment issues, and monitor deliverability to maintain high campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and support broader marketing initiatives across digital channels.
- Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
What's Needed?
- 3+ years of experience with small marketing and automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or Marketo.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and integration with email marketing tools.
- Basic proficiency in HTML and CSS for email design, template editing, and responsive email development.
- Experience building and managing email workflows, automation, audience segmentation, and campaign triggers.
- Strong understanding of email campaign analytics, reporting, and compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
