Email Marketing Manager - Remote US

Location: Remote, anywhere in the U.S. (East Coast preferred)

Neat is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to own the full lifecycle of our global email marketing program — from strategy and concept development through automation, execution, and reporting. You'll be hands-on at every stage, translating campaigns into measurable revenue and engagement impact across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns including nurture flows, upsell campaigns, product launches, webinar/event invites, promotions, newsletters, and sales/customer communications across multiple markets and time zones.

• Write and design email content & templates, including basic copy, layout, and visual assets that resonates with target audiences

• Lead strategic and tactical planning for all email marketing processes, calendars, and campaigns

• Collaborate on the integration between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring clean data flow, accurate lead/contact syncing, and alignment between marketing automation and CRM.

• Define how email works alongside webinars, events, and sales to create a multi-channel buyer experience

• Implement email segmentation and personalization, accounting for regional, cultural, and behavioral differences

• Rebuild and elevate our nurture program, bringing better structure, sharper optimization, and clear measurement to how we engage each distinct audience

• A/B test email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times) and continuously optimize based on performance data.

• Report on email campaign performance and metrics — including revenue attribution and impact — to stakeholders and leadership across the organization.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements to marketing automation systems and workflows, with an eye toward scalability

• Ensure all email marketing efforts comply with relevant regulations and best practices.

• Stay current on email marketing trends, tools, and automation technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• 8+ years of experience in email marketing, with significant experience managing complex automation programs.

• Hands-on experience with Marketo, including building and optimizing automated campaign flows.

• Experience integrating email marketing automation platforms with Salesforce and a strong understanding of how CRM and marketing automation work together.

• Demonstrated experience reporting on email marketing performance and impact (including revenue attribution) to stakeholders across an organization.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and natural curiosity — proactively identifies and resolves issues before they're flagged by others

• Strong copywriting and design skills, with the ability to take inputs from business partners and use them to independently create polished, on-brand email content

• Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and campaign strategy.

• Able to effectively work cross functionally with Marketing Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Field Marketing, E-Commerce & Analytics teams

• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using AI to support email production, testing, or optimization.
  
  

In 6-12 Months You Will:

• Become the go-to voice for email marketing at Neat: trusted by teams across the organization to bring sharp, data-backed recommendations to the table.

• Take ownership of Neat's global email program: driving measurable gains in engagement, revenue, and retention across prospects and customers in every market we serve.

• Get Marketo and Salesforce working in lockstep: in cooperation with marketing operations partners ensure data flows cleanly and leadership has accurate, real-time visibility into how email is moving the business forward.

• Level up our nurture campaigns: copy, design, and automation all included — using a testing roadmap that keeps performance climbing month over month.

• Turn email into a revenue story leadership can see clearly: with regular reporting that ties campaign performance directly to business outcomes.

• Prove you can thrive in fast paced environment: pivoting quickly, picking up new tools on the fly, and keeping campaigns shipping even when priorities shift

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. This position is eligible for our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and an unlimited PTO policy.
