Email Deployment Specialist

Perform thorough pre-send quality control, to verify that content renders correctly, links function properly, and layouts display accurately across desktop, mobile, and webmail clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of email through Adobe, ensuring that every email we send is accurate, fully functional, and rendered correctly across all devices types.

Our client, a Banking company, is looking for a Email Deployment Specialist for their Brooklyn, OH/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Email Deployment & Quality Assurance:
• Deploy and review emails as needed through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer, including time-sensitive and urgent communications.
• Perform thorough pre-send quality control, to verify that content renders correctly, links function properly, and layouts display accurately across desktop, mobile, and webmail clients.
• Ensure brand consistency, formatting, and content integrity across all outbound emails for team.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor email campaign performance and track key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and deliverability.
• Generate and distribute regular performance reports to internal stakeholders, providing clear insights and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Email Template Development
• Create reusable, standards-compliant Outlook email templates for MS Office that maintain visual consistency and function smoothly across diverse email clients.
• Maintain and update a library of templates to support ongoing campaign needs.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
• Diagnose and resolve email issues in real time, including rendering glitches, delivery failures, and sending errors.
• Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and apply preventive measures to minimize future disruptions.

 
Requirements:

• Client  is seeking a detail-oriented Email Deployment Specialist to join our client communications team on a full-time contract basis.
• In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of email through Adobe, ensuring that every email we send is accurate, fully functional, and rendered correctly across all devices types.
• The ideal candidate is a meticulous, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing both routine and urgent email sends with precision.
• Proven experience deploying email campaigns through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS as they apply to email development and rendering across major email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience with email QA processes, including cross-device and cross-client testing.
• Familiarity with email performance metrics and the ability to interpret and report on campaign data.
• Ability to build and maintain reusable email templates, with specific experience in Outlook/MS Office compatibility.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to resolve rendering, delivery, and sending issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage urgent, time-sensitive requests in a professional and composed manner.
• Preferred:
• Experience working within a regulated industry such as financial services.
• Familiarity with email testing tools
• Basic understanding of email deliverability best practices and authentication protocols
