Email and Retention Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

The Email and Retention Marketing Manager will lead client engagement, lifecycle marketing, and revenue growth across its portfolio, including Watches of Switzerland, Mayors, Betteridge, and Roberto Coin.

This position sits at the center of growth for the Watches of Switzerland Group, bridging brand storytelling with performance marketing. The ideal candidate is a strategic and data-driven leader who can balance near-term performance with long-term brand-building, combining analytical rigor with strong creative judgment and elevated brand sensibility. The role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing best-in-class email/SMS and CRM strategies that strengthen customer relationships, increase retention, and deliver a highly personalized, premium customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, watches, or premium consumer brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and deliverability best practices.
• Analytical mindset and ability to cultivate actionable insights.
• Strong creative instincts with an eye for premium brand storytelling and customer comms.
• Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborative, proactive, autonomous, and curious, with experience partnering across commercial, marketing, creative, analytics, e-commerce, IT, and retail teams.
• Confidence in project management and presentation skills; think strategically but act tactically.
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-business email programs preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ESPs and CRM platforms; Klayvio and Shopify proficiency is a must.
• Experience in campaign reporting, revenue attribution, testing, optimization, HTML, Google Analytics.
