We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as an EM Wire Assembler in Solon, OH. If you have experience in assembly and wiring, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Hours
6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday – Thursday (4 ten-hour shifts)

Pay
$15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
• Cut, strip, and terminate wires using automated or manual crimping and cutting tools
• Build custom wire harnesses, ribbon cables, and multi-conductor assemblies according to blueprints or diagrams
• Route, lace, and connect wires to components, terminals, and circuit boards
• Label wires, components, and assemblies for proper identification and routing
• Inspect finished assemblies for accuracy, proper routing, and secure connections

Minimum Requirements
• Experience in a manufacturing setting
• Assembly experience required – good manual dexterity is essential
• Experience with wiring harnesses or electronics preferred
• Ability to distinguish multiple color variations
• Must be available to start quickly (Monday, 09/21)

Nice to Have Skills
• Wiring experience in electrical or electronics assembly

Preferred Education and Experience
• Manufacturing and assembly experience

• Must be able to work on-site
• Ability to work efficiently at a steady pace
