Duration: 05 Months Contract (extension possible)
Shift: 8:00am-4:30pm; May occasionally require 2nd shift work 3:00pm-11:30pmDuties: - Environmental Monitoring Quality Control Technician:
- To perform, maintain and train on analytical techniques and methods for Environmental Monitoring Quality Control testing
- Microbial sampling in production areas
- Microbial enumeration
- Microbial Identification
- Water Sampling and Monitoring
- Documentation and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System)
Skills: Required Experience:- Laboratory experience
- Exposure to aseptic technique
- Ability to work individually and in a group setting
- Ability to schedule self
- Communicates effectively to share data
- Values compliance and data integrity
Education: - Associates degree from an accredited institution with two to three (2-3) years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with one to two (1-2) years of related laboratory experience preferred
