    At Keter, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ellwood City, PA warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are executed accurately, product is handled with care, and a small, dedicated team is supported and developed.

    This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and service.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Manage the daily operations of a single warehouse location in Ellwood City, PA.
    • Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 4–8 warehouse associates.
    • Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound deliveries.
    • Maintain product integrity by preventing damage and ensuring order accuracy.
    • Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and transportation partners.
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility.
    • Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
    • Utilize SAP and warehouse systems to manage inventory, shipments, and reporting.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment.
    • Prior experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation.
    • Experience supervising and mentoring hourly associates.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • SAP experience required; WIS and e-commerce experience a plus.
    • Ability to develop SOPs, training plans, and consistent work practices.
    • Working knowledge of DOT and PennDOT compliance requirements.
