Job Summary:Cyclone Cafe Baristas help operate the school cafe by preparing beverages, providing excellent customerservice, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Baristas gain hands-on experience inhospitality, food service, customer relations, and business operations while serving students and staff eachmorning. Students must be 16 years or older to work as baristas.Key Responsibilities:Tuffy's barista responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Preparing coffee, tea, lemonade, and other specialty beveragesProviding friendly and professional customer service to students, staff, and visitorsCustomizing beverages based on customer requestsOperating the point-of-sale system and processing transactions accuratelyHandling cash and digital payments accurately and responsiblyMaintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards throughout the spaceRestocking supplies and preparing products for daily operationsFollowing food safety and sanitation proceduresDesired Skills:Dependability and punctualityStrong customer service and communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessionalism and responsibilityInterest in hospitality, business, food service, entrepreneurship, or related fieldWillingness to learn new skillsSchedule Requirements:Student workers must be available daily from 7:00 AM - 7:30 AM.
