Cradle-to-Grave Freight Brokerage
Base Salary: $70,000–$125,000 + Uncapped Commission

Are you an experienced freight broker with a proven track record of production? If you've built your own book of business, manage the entire brokerage process from start to finish, and want to be rewarded for your performance, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Do

• Work 100% remotely from anywhere in the United States
• Manage the full cradle-to-grave freight brokerage process
• Generate new business through prospecting and relationship building
• Negotiate rates with both customers and carriers
• Oversee load execution while delivering exceptional customer service
• Grow and retain your customer base while operating your desk with autonomy and accountability

What Top Candidates Bring:

• Monthly and annual gross profit production
• Average gross margin per load
• Size and quality of their book of business
• Customer retention and repeat business
• Consistent performance across changing market conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• $500K+ annual gross profit producers strongly preferred
• $1M+ annual gross profit producers highly encouraged to apply

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of successful cradle-to-grave freight brokerage experience
• Documented production history with measurable results
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and competitive
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where results matter

Compensation:

• Base salary ranging from $70,000 to $125,000, based on experience and production history
• Uncapped commission structure
• Performance-based bonuses and incentives
