    Position Overview

    We are seeking polished, detail-oriented individuals to join our remote team as Elite Client Support Consultant. This role focuses on providing high-touch support to clients who value organized planning, responsive communication, and personalized service throughout their vacation experience.

    You will assist with researching suitable options, coordinating requested services, and managing important details from the early planning stages through final preparation. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

    What You'll Do

    • Connect with clients to understand their preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, priorities, and special requests.
    • Research upscale resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other vacation experiences using approved resources.
    • Help coordinate selected services while keeping reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information organized.
    • Provide consistent client support by answering questions, sharing updates, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with routine changes or requests.
    • Review booking information for accuracy, track important deadlines, maintain detailed records, and continue expanding your destination and supplier knowledge.
