Experience in completing Medicaid applications. Familiarity with record keeping and filing systems is desirable. Knowledge of community organizations serving seniors is preferred. Requirements: Has excellent interpersonal and group process skills. Is accurate, conscientious and flexible with attention to detail. Is familiar with computers and can work within multiple systems. Accepts direction, is well organized, and has the ability to meet deadlines. Position requires excellent customer service skills. Willingness to work in a team environment.
