Eligibility Manager (Hybrid VA)

Maximus is looking for a Manager to support our Cover VA program by overseeing Enrollment and Eligibility staff and driving quality team performance. In this role, you will coach and develop employees, monitor performance and quality standards, provide guidance on escalated issues, and ensure adherence to program policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-driven leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills and a commitment to employee development, operational excellence, and quality service.This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home each week.
