Job Overview:
Pay Range: $14.00hr - $19.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions as needed.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather.
- Ability to work from heights.
- Ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment.
- Background Check Required.
- Drug Test required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate safely within the organization's policy, procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Participate fully in the organization's safety programs.
- Perform critical operations to keep the facility running including loading and unloading trucks and railcars.
- Handle grain operations such as filling and reclaiming ground piles, transferring, and blending.
- Provide a high level of customer service by displaying courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable interaction.
- Maintain the general appearance of the facility including elevators, grounds, and buildings.
- Monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working order.
- Participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment.
- Notify management of any necessary repairs or possible equipment concerns.
- Engage as an active member of the team.
- Perform housekeeping duties including sweeping and cleaning floors.
