    Position: Elementary Teacher - 4th Grade

    Location: Grayson Elementary School

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Valid Elementary Michigan Teaching Certificate
    • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students, parents, and staff
    • Strong communication, technology, and organizational skills
    • Competency in the content area of K-5 curriculum
    • Competency in student management and supervision

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, prepare and implement instruction and assessments
    • Attention to the social emotional individual needs of students
    • Effective use of instructional strategies, materials, resources and interventions for all students
    • Planning and organization of instruction for the benefit of all students
    • Conduct that serves as models for students and colleagues

    Reports To: Building Principal

    Workday/Week: Monday - Friday

    Starting Date: ASAP

    Compensation: Per WEA Master Agreement
