Elementary Teacher - 4K & Math Intervention Specialist

The School District of Niagara is seeking a dedicated and student-centered full-time Elementary Teacher to serve in a unique position consisting of two distinct instructional assignments: teaching our 4K classroom and providing elementary math intervention services. This position offers the opportunity to build a strong academic foundation for our youngest learners while supporting elementary students who benefit from targeted mathematics intervention.

Position Assignment:

• 4K Instruction: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Elementary Math Intervention: Tuesday and Thursday

The successful candidate will provide engaging instruction in both assignments while working collaboratively with classroom teachers to deliver targeted mathematics interventions, monitor student progress, and support student achievement in mathematics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid Wisconsin DPI teaching license appropriate for the assignment.
• Knowledge of evidence-based mathematics instruction and intervention strategies.
• Ability to effectively utilize student data to monitor progress and guide instruction.
• Experience providing small-group and individualized instruction.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, support staff, and administration.
• Ability to design engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Experience with Bridges Math and Bridges Intervention is preferred but not required. The School District of Niagara is willing to provide training to a highly qualified candidate.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary is based on the district''s negotiated salary schedule and is commensurate with education, experience, and licensure. Tuition reimbursement is available.
