Job Title: Elementary Special Education Teacher

About the Role: We are partnering with Philadelphia schools to place a dedicated Special Education Teacher for elementary grades. This is a contract position managed through our agency, offering you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while receiving ongoing support from our team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor IEPs in collaboration with school staff
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Prior experience in elementary special education strongly preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
