Key Qualifications:

• Active ESN credential (Education Specialist - Moderate/Severe or equivalent) required
• Proven experience working with elementary-aged children in a special education setting
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, colleagues, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan, adapt, and deliver engaging instructional lessons tailored to diverse student needs
• Manage an elementary caseload, ensuring appropriate modifications and accommodations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Monitor, evaluate, and document student development in alignment with IEP goals
• Contribute to a positive, creative, and adaptive school culture
• Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, advocating for each child’s academic and social success
