Qualifications:

• High School graduate, minimum
• Into to School Food Service Class, S100, preferred
• ServSafe certification, required
• Experience in quantity food preparation
• Experience cashiering
• Working knowledge of food service operation and equipment
• Ability and desire to work as a team member
• Good organizational skills
• Good math and computer skills
• Ability to relate to students, staff and co-workers

Responsibilities:

• Properly prepare and serve food required for the program
• Collect cash and maintain student accounts
• Follow rules and regulations established by State Agency and Health Department

• Merchandise and promote school breakfast and lunch programs
• Order and receive food supplies
• Prepare and maintain all records
